The hospital system knows registration, appointment and seen-by-doctor for every patient, but not when an x-ray/procedure finished. This merges in that missing timestamp and recomputes the KPI the way the spec defines it: wait = seen − latest of (appointment, registration, procedure completion). Everything runs in this browser — the patient file is never uploaded anywhere, and nothing is sent to the CliSQI dashboard.
